Even though you can't many will compare because COD 4 has been the most successful FPS in recent years, and therefore it's hard for developers to create a game without having someone compare it with COD 4.

The game barely lags when playing on Korean or Japan servers (KR ping is around 190-200, and JP 150-160 for me). It'll do just fine.

a Good Comp? Rofl Running Cod5/4 maxed out is pretty much what you are talking about a bad computer. Anyway. Beta will lag* You get no mods. (Dude mods pretty much make any cod game rock) Kicking hackers. Think about kicking them. IN Cod4-5 no problems.

If you leave the perks out.(Because all fps is fps doesn't matter what add ons you have)

Then add the itemshop for things cod4-5 already have. But if items cost 10 cents each instead of 1-5 bucks for a piece of coding/modeling which cod4/6 will have lots of then it wouldn't be a rip off.
Cause I don't care if you wanna spend your money. I care about my money, I wanna spend my hard worked money and invest in something thats wroth it other than another free to play fps.

Mods can almost take everything from item shops.

User made maps. Zombies mods. I can go on and on and on.

Still buying cod6 and skipping this game.(My mind has been changed about free to play fps I played alot and all of them have been disappointing to some sort either lag,hackers,glitches or something that ruins the game. In Call of Duty I don't notice it because well I have been playing since 2003 CoD 1..yaya I seem to be a fanboy. But I am just saying my option.

I play the Japanese AVA and there is no lag. If I wasnt told it was peer2peer I thought it would have been servers.

why you can compare CoD with AVA:

1. It's free.

2. Updates every 2 weeks (New maps, weapons, etc.) In CoD what comes in the box is what you have until the next game comes out.

3. @ the guy who made some uneducated comment about the graphics: Play the game, put the graphics on max. I dunno what you based that comment on :/

4. No more hiding in the corner for a few seconds to magically regain health. You aclually have to think before you run into a crossfire.

5. You have to pay for weapons. None of this 'choose any gun you want' everytime you respawn. You can take 3 main weapons in to a match with you. SMG, Assault rifle, Sniper rifle.

6. Soldiers carry realistic amounts of equipment. - I'm sorry but 2 main weapons, sidearm, knife and about 20 grenades........ no wonder you can only sprint for about 10 seconds in CoD...

7. No unrealistic perks. The only 'perks' in AVA you get from experience. Snipe alot and you will **** the gun faster after ever shot. Use grenades alot and you will throw them faster and further.

8. No little kids talking **** on the voice chat. I really hope the ijji release isn't any different. The people on the japanese and Korean versions are very mature.

9. There is no lag, and if there is, it's not down to the game. I get a perfect connection from the UK... with a belkin router, so that says a lot.

I probably missed a couple things but thats enough ranting for now. My point is, the only things CoD have on AVA are advertising and a big publisher.
