Hey everyone.
Well this thread was made for the upcoming "biggest" game of IJJI, Alliance Of Valiant Arms (AVA). This game is getting very big hype and I'm almost sure this game will be the shining game on IJJI witch will bring more population and traffic on the IJJI website. Unlike the past other video games put out on IJJI they havent been really popping out to bring more people here and the games weren't at there best position to get a lot of hype. So, IJJI good idea putting this game out.

Scrimming -
As we all know, almost no game here on IJJI has a good scrimming organization.
Soldier Front is the only one, and its called Channel 10. We will have almost the same scrimming rules as them.

Rules:
5 Players vs 5 Players - Any Weapon Sets
Any Weapon Allowed
3RD Position - OFF
No Third Party Programs
Team Kill : On

Being Respectful During You Scrim -
Commenting on other clans, is a good idea to build your clans reputation up in a good way.
Giving positive comments to the clans you scrim will show that your clans mature and clearly show that your not losers. Giving positive comments like " Nice Shot or Good Game " will look professional.

Legitimate Gaming - To, be sure that people are playing legit if your asked to growler or fraps you must use it.

I'm pretty sure that the game will have team kill ON etc in the channel by default, and it cannot be changed.

I am working on an organised clan system, so that clans on AVA can organise scrims as well as making random ones.

Obviously you've never scrimmed in AVA before. please stfu if you dont know how the scrims go.

Scrims are rounds up to 7. First to seven wins. After 6 sides, it AUTO switches you to USSR or EURO. so you cant "scrim hop." ignorant kids these days...

Why not use something simple like invisionfree/zetaboards for the AVA-Game forums, where you can choose a nice forum skin from 1000s on a place like IFSZ/ZBSZ, not to mention the amount of custom work you can do to it?

That is a good point, however the restrictions on these free forums are not to our liking.
When we need a custom skin we will make it, for the moment our current skin is fine.

What about Convoy? it's 1-life per round, and requires some strategic thinking, it's the one where you have grab the suitcase from the NRF base and bring it back to spawn. In the newest map(Korea only for now) you take it, then move further through the map through some doors that will only open after the suitcase is picked up and then move to the capture point.

Uhmmm. Not to blow your bubble, but he listed out all the maps that we can potentially scrim in. The channel 10 community in SF took out maps like kinabalu and bridge, but coNsume hasn't taken out any maps... So pretty much, he's helping us by informing what maps are used to scrim. Obviously, you haven't scrimmed once in an AVA scrim.

Why can't you be supportive of his cause? He's put in time and effort to create a website for us that can be potentially used for tournaments and sponsors and such. If we discourage him, we will most likely end up where SF is now. The least you can do is thank him.

Anyways, let me give in my input.

First, it's always great to have an extra forum dedicated to a game other than the host forums. Many popular games have this. You have no idea how many AVA sites besides the Korea main and the Japanese main site that are dedicated to AVA! There are sooooooooooo many forums already in Korean and Japanese dedicated to AVA that are separate from the "main" forums.

Also, the bigger and more "pro" a clan/guild gets, in most cases you will see those clans/guilds also make their own forums.

That being said, of course we aren't saying consume is the "master" of this game and setting up scrim rules etc, however, that being said, he's trying to give a suggested way for which things can be done which is totally fine. I mean, why not give a suggestion right?

Anyways, you guys arguing about this kind of stuff is in my opinion kinda of pointless. If you want to scrim a different way, by all means do. If you want to make another thread in the way you think would be a good way to scrim, by all means do.

Well this thread was made for the upcoming "biggest" game of IJJI, Alliance Of Valiant Arms (AVA). This game is getting very big hype and I'm almost sure this game will be the shining game on IJJI witch will bring more population and traffic on the IJJI website. Unlike the past other video games put out on IJJI they havent been really popping out to bring more people here and the games weren't at there best position to get a lot of hype. So, IJJI good idea putting this game out.

I would still rather just load a client before the match, makes life SO MUCH EASIER. i have experience with "client use" in leagues such as CAL and ESEA, and i believe this form of anti-cheat is outstanding. As long as the client is kept up to date on cheating websites. Also it catches the cheater before the other team even has to request a video. some cheats have the ability to be toggled on and off, in which recording with fraps would be useless.

Admin of this game need to fix this , 6 round 1 side then 7 the other side???? That is stupid , it needs to be equal.

I suggest AVA use it like cod4 cevo league. 15 rounds Each Side for Match. or atleast 10/12

i got a question about scrimming. Do you just go in with 2 clans and start a game? Is there like a "clan battle" mode like in Soldier Front? Because I want to see if we could earn winning points for clan in a scrim.
