Go to help desk!!!!!!! Its the button that says Help beisde the Sign Out button at top right of page

Did you install the 'Active X Control' thingy? Otherwise I don't know what to do. Perhaps a trip to the Ijji Help Desk would give you a more straight foward answer. Good luck on solving the problem.
