Dear GM and CSR
Avg recently has detected a new virus in the soldier front folder which is not in the gameguard folder. This virus is actually out of the gameguard folder. The folder adress is C:\ijji\ENGLISH\u_sf\GameGuard.des Also when i try to go on soldier front AVG detects the virus and the game guard gives me an error 124 which says "Gameguard file does not exist or is corupted. please install the gameguard setup file." What should i do to fix this problem and go on SF. This proble also only happen in soldier front it doesnt happen in gunz.
I also took a screenshot of it.

I got the same problem but not SF, it's my other online game. AVG also detected that game's gameguard and delete it. Every time i want to play, have to install gameguard back. But next day it delete again. -.-" annoying anti-virus programs.
For ur problem, i think should use another anti-virus program.

But Windows Vista users still can not play with avg off cause windows vista doesnt allow you to off your antivirus program. Even if you manage to dissolve it it still detects it.

compaq=brand. vista=OS.
you can have a compaq computer that's Vista... compaq is just the company that makes computers, lol.
I use AVG and vista as well. I detected the same exact file and deleted it, but the game still seems to work fine.

Completely uninstall AVG.
I don't have\use antivirus\firewall programs and my computer has been clean for a while now. I run a scan maybe once every 15 days or so, and I find nothing.

I use vista. SF runs perfectly for me. And you CAN turn off your anti virus with vista on, no idea where that came from..

uninstalling your entire anti-virus is really dumb. just disable it. if you want a tutorial on that, PM me. i'll give you the link.

Disable it or shut it down. AVG is very sensitive. I use it myself. That and PrevX. I would actually use F-Secure. It's rather reliable when you send something. You get an update like, two days after you send in a report, assuming you have enough information for them to fix your problem.
If you use AVG Free Edition just disable it from starting up with your computer and try. I personally use Norton 360 for my real time protection and AVG Free Edition for virus scans. other than scanning with AVG, it's best kept disabled, and yes I run windows Vista Home _Premium so I know this trick works.
If you don't know how to stop it from starting up with your computer, just use Windows Defender.

i think should use another anti-virus program.
use avira antivir personal, it informs you of viruses only if your browser is clean so when sf is up it wont give you popups, even when scanning.
also it has one of the best free virus cleanups online, cleans out the virus without deleting the file

Just uninstall your AVG and get AVG 8.0 on the website. Worked for me when my gameguard had an error.
