DC Europe banned

Now yes, yet another thread about this topic. But since Europe represents about 40-50% (even more if u count Russia) of the entire DC community, I think some action is needed.
I'm going to my lawyer tomorrow and going to ask him what he thinks about this case. If there's a way to get my $1500+ back I spent on this game, I'll sue ijji/NHN USA.
Taking away a product for a reason that isn't even being mentioned in detail seems more like a scam to me.
Giving a notice FOUR days in advance of a ban, is no way of handling things. Even when u get kicked out of ur appartment, u still have 2 weeks or more to get ur stuff out.

If there's no way to get a refund, the only way to get any compensation is selling my account on ebay. But since that's against the ijji ToS, I won't do that to the buyer. And nobody would buy it for about $1500 anyway.

As some may say: the game is slowly being killed by ijji. Correct. But this is not the right way to close down a game. Instead of informing the people the game is being closed down, they decide to keep that info to themselves.

Also, Stainless informed me that a g coin item that's permanent can be seen as "as long the game exists". So ur paying for a product u can't use anymore. So that can be concidered as false advertisement.

I just thought about people buying g coin items for 3 months, they're buying for stuff they can't use anymore. ijji should have said before they were buying that they wouldn't be able to use them. gg ijji, u just gave me another issue i can address in court.

Just coz u made an account and said u agree with their ToS doesn't mean a customer has rights too. Almost every company has such a text saying they can not be held responsible. That doesn't mean they can't get sued and lose. There have been many cases which prove that.

Now, I've been to my lawyer, but he's looking at the ToS and Privacy Policy now, more news on Monday.

Seriously, if they remove Drift Cty without notice (just like Gunbound) I'll literally quit Ijji games forever. i've quit SF (cuz ppl lag like sh t and i run on a high performace comp and ISP). prior to DC, Gunbound Revolution was a fun game where i spent g coins in it. if u notice before, the removed gunbound without and Announcements in the forum and news that they're removing Gunbound Revolution. therefore, i lost like 350 g coins spent avatars on gunbound. i was hoping for like some refund cuz i really didn't use them alot but i got ijji'd (no one ever got any compensations including me). if they remove Drift City without notice, I'll leave Ijji games forever cuz its so pointless if they gonna put games out for like 2-4 years and suddenly remove them without notice.
