Good weapon?

Hey im new to AVA, and i don't know if i should buy a Rifle gun or a sniper for a start, like a PP-19 or?

Can anyone tell me if i should be a rifle or sniper and which?

Well i bought Kalashnikov and i was very disapointed. I mean sure you can go on about how good it is at close range and that, but most of the time you face enemies from range and AK can barrely hit with its huge recoil while other rifles that do less damage simple take you down before you reach to kill zone. Dont know i bought AK47 and i was very mispleased with it.

I guess it depends on your playstyle.

AK-47 = CQC monster, hard to control at logner ranges, but it's a monster if you master controlling it.

M16 = good, balanced weapon. Good damage, low recoil, good accuracy. Can perform every task decently, but isn't great at anything, so good if you are an all-rounder.

M4 = Good for customizing, and it has an acog (i don't really like it) and it shoots fast, but the damage output is not as high as other weapons.

PP-19 = Sprayer's weapon. Good if you spray, but the recoil is a bit wacky.

MP5k-RAS = A Better version of the MP5A3, but it goes through ammo fast, so control your shots.

I don't have an opinion on snipers because I've just stuck with the M24. You always have the option of sticking with your default weapons :=p:

AK47 has REALLY good accuracy at longer ranges. I can easily out snipe a wannabe sniper with semi-auto AK47

If you're going for long range with an AK, you can't go all full auto with it, you HAVE to make it act as a semi-auto with small bursts or single shot clicks, if you're really new, best to start off with the M4, accurate, and effective, but it's a hard match if you come up against an AK with an M4, look at some of the gun stats before you buy one, that will also help in a decision.

i think you should wait till hk418 - awm - remington 870 comes out before buying anything
cuz these 3 weapons pwn any1 in1 sec cuz they are powerful and good

Basically what everyone is saying is

For a sniper get the Green one (forgot what its called) the spraying version is only good for med range combat only! Epic Fails in range battle

For riflemen go for the AK or M4

For Scout get the Bizon (just couch when you shoot it removes alot of recoil)
