sry but there 2 kinds the smart diablo got the suzuki GSXR 1000 engine block and the one you saw by the ferrari got the suzuki hayabusa block (1300cc i thaught) :D normally there 2 kinds of special smarts if you look further on youtube i think you find the other one

lol in the vid description it says that the Smartcar was fitted with a 180Hp Suzuki GSXR 1000 engine.
