what do i need to do to get the skills?
i already got both knife skills and the landing one.

Well if you go to the ribbon reward thing it tells you what you need to get them
and it gives you a progress bar
i currently have the landing advanced radar both knife skills and fall protector

on the ribbon award it says confedintial for all of them, but the progess bar is there, i just dont know why im getting progress

Knifing is easiest , i hav 1st lvl for radar , i tihnk you have to get the radar enhancement for backpack b or c , landing one im not sure?

Landing is part of running just run and run and run. SO learn to double tap W.
Radar I am not sure but i know you don't need to buy anything I got booth levels. I think you need to look at an enemy to make them show up on radar and then have someone else kill them. I think being the commander with binos helps achieve this but i am not sure.
