GM and CSR????

I know that there are gm's in the forums and I can tell them by there names(obvliously)and there name is yellow. But I saw a guy who's name was CSR_something....(I dont remember his name)...his name was red instead of yellow..who is this guy..and wat does CSR mean ????

(RAWR) What i think is that the GM's(game masters) control the games with the servers, and keep them running. The CMR's(Customer Service Representative) does well.. customer service, manage the "g-coins", help-desk, and forums i beleive. (RAWR)

False. You can't evaluate power in different areas, CSRs control forums and help desk while GMs Handle the game aspect, you can't say either has more power if they're unrelated aspects.

GMs have the same power in forums too. So GM=more powerful. Besides, they're higher earners. xP Different building too.

GMs are...you can sayu...an in-game moderator, CSR stands for Customer server representive wich is a forum moderator and can help you with soem stuff...

actually i pmed CSR_Hal about this a couple weeks ago, he gave me this response...so hopefully it helps u
