Why I think Drift City is still late...

Hm....Ijji promised Drift City to open 3:00 PDT or 6:00 EST in my time, but they delayed to 4:30 PDT or 7:30 EST.

Meanwhile....Soldier Front is also under maintenance. It said 3:00 PDT to approx 6:00. Yet, Soldier Front is also not opened yet. Ijji is also probably still working with Soldier Front so they cannot open Ijji Drift City.

Thats what why I think Drift City is still late.....
