Why isnt it working????

Well, I tried the 2nd closed beta of drift city, and loved it. Then, when the live service came, i reinstalled it, and then i clicked "play live". After that,i clicked "start drift city" on the launcher.
then the launcher closed and nothing happened. After a couple tries, installed directx 10,
Ati redeon catalyst, and the geforcce thingy. It still did'nt work. I have a Windows 2000
pro.
