I dont know why but i keep lagging i have dsl and i still lagg so i was wondering if its only me or are other people lagging too

This site is lagging!
I know it's not me cause I've been on Super Smash Bros Dojo today, youtube, BBC Sport, etc.
When I click play live, it just takes ages to load on the 'connecting to server' part and then a message pops up saying Unable to retrieve game information!
