play live issue

ugh. i'm having the starting up issue. i'm pretty sure the ijji starter application is the problem. i found the source of the problem and i deleted it (the starter application)., but iwhen i clicked the play live button, it automatically downloaded the starter application again. sigh, i'll never get to play.

Have you tried using Internet Explorer?
What version of Windows do you have?
Is your firewall allowing stuff to interact with your computer?
What are your security levels on your browsers?
