When I hit "PLAY LIVE" a screen says that I need to install if this is my first time playing. When I do hit install nothing happens the box disapears and the same message come up when I press the "PLAY LIVE again. PLZ HELP:ranting: :confused: :dots: :mad:

umm... pretty sure this was ansswered somewere... you dlete ur ijjiinstalerthing from somewebsite provided the the resercher dude of this forum :p... then reinstall lol
im soo useful i know lol.. well atleast take a look around at other complaints

This error indicates that you guys have an old version of the ijjistarter application, and you'll need to remove it so you can acquire the updated version.
To remove the previous version (Hanstart 9 or 10) you will need to go the this link, and manually uninstall Hanstart launcher or click the auto remove function.
