ya.. so im wondering if there is any mission that can give a coupon for a v3 car. preferabily the tokio.

then how do ppl get coupons for other cars? i see ppl selling random coupons in he auction center.

by acomplishing certain things and going to "the coupon lady" lol.... such as make 70 jumps so you can get a dragonfly coupon... lol

umm... so i got a coupon for Tokio now.. but why do i have to pay 8000 AND the coupon...
or am i doing something wrong here?

It's like that. All cars except that one OMD SS car you need to pay for.
