How do you use the fuel additive I have no idea how to use it?

Well I have no idea but it's medium fuel additive and if I use it then fuel will not decrease for 40 sec. I can't get it to work even when I right click it it doesn't activate so I don't know if I'm suppose to do something special to get it to work but I'm trying to use it to get it off of my inventory list. because there isn't a bank in this game.

did u try putting it at the hotkeys
den activating it or smth? Fi then dont work den i have no idea...
rite click i think or as ^ put in the hotkey places on the top rite.
