Error when i try to startup the game

ok so i downloaded installd then i start the game
its says "connecting to the server" then it says "now checking installed files"
then i get an error
ijjistarter Appliction has encounterd a problem and need to be close we sorry for the inconvenience

i reinstalld the game and the same problem

help?
