The unlimits aero kit

Is it worth buying the unlimits aero kit for 70000? My choices are:
1) buy the aero kit and be poor
2) Buy the wings instead and use the cash on part upgrades

Also, does the booster actually do anything apart from make your boost yellow and look cool?

booster upgrade doubles ur boost acceleration, the color, and it lasts longer. and u can put more than one on a car.
