first, you need the transfer pass from director green at station 3 in the 2nd city, after that, make sure your lvl 28+

Okay, first of all, you have to be level 29. second, you must get the city pass thingy from the last mission in Koinonia. That's about everything i had in order to get to Cras. Some say that you need a V3 car. I don't know about that cuz i had a Tokio when i entered Cras.

if you cant go to cras by the koinonia entrance, use the one in Moon Palace

I was Lvl 27 when i entered Cras so thats puts that srgument out of the window. Fair as I know its a V4 car and city pass. Thats all I had. Look at the link above i posted in thatother thread.:thumbsup:

i'm lvl 27 and i am olready in CRAS. And you can have whatever car what you like
