Lvl 31+ parts

Where else can u get lvl 31+ parts, other than in auction house and the offical healther's patrol mission in cras( 3 random lvl 31 parts)? just wondering because the auction house sometimes do not have the parts i need. if u noe anything, pls reply. tyvm.

nothing else i know, probably a VERY lucky 10 combo thing, or probably from a..get item thing when you hit a car or something like that, and probably all those unfinished parts where you use the mittron enhancer to it which amkes it like a lvl70 part

you just listed the only 2 way to get them atm, though from the looks of the basment parts shop I'd of assumed it would of had the high lvl parts being as its blue like them too and that would be the only difference in the basments...

i got like 20 lvl 31 parts just from doing the 10 combo thing
