Hey i was just wondering if premium item buyers get caught hacking will they get banned and get stripped of there prems? Jus asking becasue i saw one using insane massive (hack with all the yellow stuff) with a lightining element it was wierd but anyway somone answer me.
Edit: I kno once you get banned you wont be able to use them, but question is will they bann you if you have prems?

When you're banned you lose your account and any items that were bought on it.

I dunno... they gotta get some kind of special treatment of some kind. Maybe a warning then get banned, but not just banned rite of the bat. BTW i am a prem buyer.

No, well atleast not yet. When gift function comes out (when ever that will be) you might be able to, but iam not sure on how gift function works.

According to waryas, premium item hack was made up by jealous kids. Apparently (I have not confirmed this but warays is a reliable source) it's fake. Ijji is less likley to ban a hacker who paid them money than a hacker who hasn't done anything good for ijji.

I agree with you 99.99% i dont no where the other .01 is but iam never 100% sure with anything. So dont feel bad :=p:

ive seen quite a few hackers with premiums..
one guy even said he hacked his prems and didnt have to pay for anything. i knew he was lying when he offered to send it to me through MSN

LMAO! He was probably gonna send you some kind of virus most likely to be a Trojan.
What ever is on that account isn't allowed to access GunZ The Duel, if banned. So if you are banned and still have remaining coins you are allowed to use it on Gunbound and/or gift it(When the function is out)

Yes, they need to get banned IMMEDIATELY, without any warnings, no matter how many items you got !
No special treatment for the hackers is the only way. If you get hacks you know you're breaking the rules, so no need for warnings.

Well most people want prem buyers to get banned like every other hacker. But what dose ijji think? Seems to me latly all they carin about is money, but hey thats just my guess.

ahaha, u might as well ask a former hacker. most ppl who hack with prems have a bypass, and a illegal hack that prevents them from being banned. my friend actually hacked into ijji and got free prems! how nuts is that! anyways, i quit hacking, no fun in gunz, WAY FUN IN MAPLE ahahaha

If you have any cognitive dissonance about hackers losing their items just remember that hacking is a violation of the TOA and is therefore illegal.
They're lucky all that happens is their account gets banned.

I know someone who has been banned for swapping, and he had (or should I say, has?) premiums on it.
He got a refund on another account, he told me.
My opinion is that if you get banned and your premiums are away too, that that is just plain stealing..

Any user caught hacking in ijji games we result in suspension from the ijji.com service no mater what items the have in their inventory.

Suspension is a temporary ban..
You get three warnings, along with every warning there's a 3-day suspension.
After reaching the third warning you get banned.
I have two for spamming <_< And that while I've only spammed once. I got the warnings at the same time.. but w/e, it's extremely unlikely that I'll ever another warning..

They broke TOS, simple as that.
As for hacking, hacking in the use of a program is not prosecutable by law unless ijji could prove it caused damage to any of their resources or it caused server instability. Hacking for free premmies is another issue however.
Item Shop is like donations, you may get something out of it, but that doesn't give you any immunity.

If you were to hack premium items, you will be sued by Ijji. That's stealing money from Ijji and is VERY ILLEGAL, and will 99.99% chance of being sued and 99.999999999% chance of them winning. Just don't do it.

I was the leader of ret.ardz, had a lvl 66 (gamermatt), and a lvl 50 ({Hero}), and i had hundreds of dollars of prems, and they suddenly banned me with no warning at all
