how to go to Oros

Hi there!
I just did the last Cras mission and got a pass for Oros, but can't get in?
I'm lvl45, is it a lvl thing again like entering cras? or is the city not even playable yet?

I seen a bit of oros before, from the korean ver. I watched a high level video on youtube, more or less.

Oros gotta be cool, i am a slower levler i rely on lving and patroling missions so i lvl realy slow, i suck at racing, gotta improve that and HUV's i always get 5 >.< delivery is to less exp for me, so i hope Oros is here before im done :P

Is it a fool kids lie, or the truth? Anybody can confirm it?

It was same in skidrush needed like 4(from release of Cras) weeks for this town

They should add a bonus city, find it do some bonus missions for extra mitos and exp.
