Accordingly to policy, I cannot do a transfer of funds and have a payment for someone through cash, though the money is theirs.
Why can't you just collect quarter's or something and turn it in? I plan on doing that.

I cant because Ive already reached my maximum on paypal so i have to use paybycash now -.-
