Okay I gained a level and had my normal missions....
And then I needed to lvl up for the next missions....
I've had to gain lvls to do missions like 6 times....I just became lvl 28 after BZ and chases for 65%...
Then I do two missions....AND I HAVE TO BECOME LVL 29 NOW....70% more!!!

but yea, i never had that problem until i got into cras, defineatly, im a lucky guy...:p

Just do patrols.

I do HUV chases to level up, i levelled 4 times to ensure I wont run into the problem for a while

Be 2 levels ahead of where you are now. It is a good stop gap.
