Ok, so I'm level 33. I want to level fast, so I always go into the highest possible level channel. When I was in my v4, I'd race in the pro channel, and now in my Above I go in the Star channel thingey.

Now, HOW do you guys have such uber winrates, like 80% wins?!

I try individuals, and usually there are like 3 or 4 V6 cars in there, or even a V7. I mean, regardless of how good I do, no bumps, perfect cornering, get all the jumps, etc. Unless I get multiple drift city's, I can't pass them. It's just... impossible. How do you guys WIN all the time?!

What do I do? I do team races. My team race win/loss ratio is real close to 50/50. Now, I try to always place in the top 4 or 5, which is not too difficult. But in first place is always this v6/v7 car, and in last place are just a bunch of idiots who bump into everything.

I do my best all the time. Stay on the road, go at max speed as long as a I can, I can boost through turns, yadayadayada. But wtf? Like my Above's max speed is 175. I bet v6 max speeds are like 190+. This means that when we both go at max speed, they're pulling away from me at a speed of 15-20 mph. That's like me sitting still and them moving at that speed... it's ridiculous! And if I get a boost, they probably have a boost too. Their boost's max is bigger than mine, so...

I could just go play back in the Pro channel but I want xp!

I'll be honest. I played in CB

I wanted to get my Above (supra)(300 races) but I didn't wana over-lvl when I got it

So I took my 86 and played in the noob arena till like lvl 31, b4 taking my mini to lesser noob arena.

But then I realized, it's not much diffrent, everyone's cars are faster, including my own...but it's just while in noob arena, I learnt how to turn and anticipate traffic without much worry of anyone catching up to me

Well, usualy soem people would try to find a good team, luckuly if their team wins, it counts as a win for them, ofcose. But yea, wtvr, the % doesn't really matter -.-'

Question, how come I can only enter the Free Arena now when I drive my 86? I'm currently level 33. Yesterday or the day before, I could enter the other channels but then all of a sudden I couldn't.

If you look under the names, the cars are ranked in "Car Class" Not level. So, Driving an 86, Which is a V3, Or V2, Not positive, Sorry, Won't allow you in certain areas as an Above, V4 would, ETC.

V2s can enter the first 3 arenas...but to do that you'll find that you have to find a friend in those arenas so you can join em.

stack, leave if the other side is stacked, alt-f4 if you are losing, only play in the lowest level arena you can enter etc.

I only play team, i don't stack, i don't leave if im stacked against, ill even join the crappy team if we need to balance the numbers so the race can start. I have 112 wins and 100 losses=P

I also suck for some reason, i love my supra but i just cant seem to make turns in it, i never had a problem with my older cars, but i just cant judge things in the supra, maybe its because the engine is quiet and i cant tell how fast im going by the sound =x That could be it come to think of it, i seem to randomly turn and overshoot/undershoot often, and im sitting there wondering how i managed to screw up when it really 'felt' like that turn was going to be perfect 0_o

I am one of those complete bas***ds that do practially anything to win. Well, not anyrything. I don't alt-F4 or anything, but I pick on lower levels. I played Pro arena with my V4 for quite a while, and when someone higher level than me actually races me, I still have a pretty good chance for winning. I remember I beat this lvl 38 back at the low 20s.

My point is, my win rate is a combination of utter cheapness and skill.

PENALTIES FOR BEING IN FIRST
- You take the most damage for each hit, while your opponent takes none
- The best bet that you will get from a gate is a 50% booster bonus (ok, there is a 0.000001% chance of getting Drift City in first place)
- You hit traffic first

BONUSES FOR BEING IN FIRST
- You can manipulate traffic so that your opponent has to avoid/slam into them to go.
- You... will win?

My advice is to follow the opponent as close as possible without going in front of him until the race is half over.

lol the ult pic agen, u need skillz to get gud wins but of course there are ways in which people do to "falsify" them cause we are all human. but win and loss ratio dun really matter unless u want to join a crew that has a requirment haha

Lol Yeah It doesnt matter the ratio...I mean you could have joined a lot of teams with noobs in it..or indv race with high lvls. But yeah , brake a lot on curvy maps so as to avoid repair/slow down

Come in first more often. I'd like to say that I come in first in the vast majority of the races that I go in, unless I'm racing some specific people, such as my Reaction crewmates or Shinobi or DriftPower. Still, there's only so much you can do for your team. I have a 75% win/loss ratio, and I can't seem to bring it any higher, because a lot of the time, my team is bad enough to lose the game even though I came in first. Or... I end up skunking the entire race except for 2+ blues, which counts as a loss for my team. I'll never understand why there's a timer in team mode.
