No Delivery Srvices Missions

Hi !

I have a problem with the delivery services missions : every time i wanna take one, i have a message saying i'm too low for delivery services missions, and this message ask me to go in another station. But in every station i go, in every town, it's always the same : no delivery service missions available ! So where is the problem ? I have only made 2 missions until the beginning of a the game...

Do more missions. And level up.

But i'm lvl 23. Is it normal ?

which station u go to? the previous stations or ur current station, delivery has level limit in stations
