Coupons questions

I was wondering if anyone can tell me if i can get a coupon for a car that is a higher lvl than what I am.

for example 300 races gets a coupon for a car. If I do 300 races before I even reach the lvl for that car can I get the coupon? Or do i get the coupon after I reach the cars lvl?

Same goes with other coupon stuff...?

you can get any coupon no matters your level, i got the solution coupon, but im still level 35

u only get coupon when u complete the task, not when u reached that level, best route is the battle zone route, the most cars and the coupons worth a lot

What about them? Say it says you need to drive 3000 minutes. So just drive around for 3,000 minutes and a sign will appear saying you received your coupon. Then head to teh star on your map to get it.
