Price Check; Part that adds +1 MPH to top speed?

I found a part HUVing a day or two ago that has an effect I've never seen before, here are its specs:

Sunflower
Durability +20
Required Level 37
Increases maximum speed by 1 MPH.

1 MPH is technically +10 speed, so that's pretty good. I've just got it sitting in my MMT1 as storage, should I sell it, and show much should I sell it for?
