Yea they are cartoonish, but graphics were never a factor for me, gameplay is what matters.

No... It stays above your character like in the screenshots. You cant change it (I couldnt find it at least)

I realy hope this game has some fun combat in it, and not just depend on its whole economic, political, president, gaining wealth style I'v been hearing about.
Cant tell if this games and RTS, a Ragnerock/Daiblo clone, or what ( that would help alot)
