1) as far as I remember the job you have depends on your weapon...so basically theres no real jobs you just chose them by using a weapon and getting the skills.
2) see 1) also you can chose from a variety of weapons from sword and shield over 2 handed weapons bows and canes/wands to go the way you like
3) no idea...just that I dont get the sense of an open beta which usually is to test out a new game...this game exists for more than 4 years now so why the beta test? O_o

2: There are lots, artisan of sword, bow, gun, armors, helms... farmer, fisher, miner.... warrior(swordsman, axer, etc).
3: Lol man, it is already open for almost 1 year, just go download it from website.
