No, It's more like a Craftsman. Probably some sub-categories in that field, maybe like Blacksmith or something.

There are alot:
Manufacture for each weapon:
Sword
Cane
Axe
Spear
Bow
Gun
Also for each armor
Helmet
Body
Shoes
Belt
Gloves
etc etc(not sure)
Also Cooking,
Food
Medicine
Ehm,
Mining
Farming
Fishing
Also
Capturing
hunting
Then there is skill to make Bowls, Pens, Ink, etc
SO I DONT KNOW BUT PROBABLY OVER 1000000000 =D
anyway, enough..
theres also Horse-training ofcourse =)
