Okay. Since Im a noob and dont get Huv parties. How do they work anyway? like. does one person get a call for a huv, then the whole party chases it? or is there some new thing where you get to choose to do huv chases?

When a call comes in for a chase.
Only the LEADER can answer it, so everyone gets it.

But in order for them to get the call with you, they need to be in the same city and channel.

but sometimes its get effed up, im the leader in my party, i get an HUV chase and he cant do it, but after a few more chases, he could suddenly do it...WTF?

they are in the same channel and city btw
