out of frequency screen problem

Hey, when i finished to download the gunz online game
I started the game ..and then all i see its a black screen with the words "out of frequency"
How can I fix it?

now after I downloaded and install some of the screen card things
when i starting the game a window with the word "eror" pop up and close the game.
