if that doesnt work
#2-Disable your anti-virus
if that doesn't work
#3-Forward your ports to 7700-7800

If you don't know how to do any of these please post and i will edit this post for a more indepth guide.

This will solve 75% of blank server list proplems also this is may help the cannot connect to server proplem.

Thx for the Ports, that helped getting the gaming started, but now i'm stuck at the Blank page. I've disabled Norton and still it's blank. Norton's the only firewall and antivirus i've got working. I disabled the windows firewall ages ago so thats not blocking anything.

So got any ideas how to solves the last 25%? =/

if you are getting a extremely long time for a load screen and you maybe able to see your mouse folow these insctructions

press tab
then hit enter
wait for a load screen.

Probably not. And Norton sucks it controls your computer way too much and screws it! Try re-installing GunZ also.

Yeah I get an agent error... for the past oh, 4 weeks I have been doing just fine playing in whatever server I wanted but every time I did clan war it would give me agent error to everyone. Now today all of a sudden I can't get play on any server except clan war without getting an agent error on everybody. I know portforwarding won't work because I have done that already and It didn't do anything. My firewall also hasn't changed any in the past few days either so I know its not that also because I disabled the firewall with the same result.

Ok, I installed fine, gamegaurd was fine, i went into the game fine. After the Gunz is done downloading it takes me to the server screen. Where it says "Match/Clan Servers" and "Quest Servers" and im guessing the servers are supposed to show up underneath.
The problem is, I cant see any severs! Its blank underneath the servers! I know the servers are up because there is over 4000 people online.
I was thinking that the servers need time to load maybe, but it's been a while

Check your firewall settings, try turning them off first to see if it's that.

Did you try what I said? You also need to check your ports. http://portforward.com/english/applications/port_forwarding/GunZ/GunZindex.htm

I checked my firewall and it was currently blocking gunz. Thanks for your help! it works now.

ok, i tried all of that, and still no servers show up in the list... is there nething else? ive uninstalled and reinstalled and it still doesnt work. i put gunz.ijji.com in my trusted sites. ive tried everything i can, i have no router, so the port settings do me no good. what else is there?

i checked my firewall settings, the windows was disabled and nortons, for some reason, i cant find the firewall.... i also went to the gateway/2wire.net site (my modem) and the firewall settings couldnt be touched. what else can i do?

I realize that GunZ utilizes ports 7700 - 7800, this can be found in posts all over the board. I'm curious though, what other ports does GunZ use?

Uh, ports 7700-7800 have absolutely nothing to do with connecting to the servers. And if you are able to see the servers, but can't connect to them; it most likely has nothing to do with your firewall either.

I'd love to know how to fix this problem, as all the suggestions aren't working. Apparently GunZ doesn't like college kids on campus much, because that's the connection pitching a fit for me. Works fine at home.

You will probably never get this game to work on a college campus. There are too many hops (routers) that you do not have access to all of which have filter settings that probably block your from communicating with the Ijji servers. Even if you get past the servers, you will probably recieve NAT errors with everyone and will not be able to forward all the routers.

alright, been having this problem 4 months, turn off my firewall, uninstalled security programs, done alot to play this game and it isnt working. How do I port forward, because thats the last thing ill do before i give up
