Patrol Mission Limit?

Okay, 2nd city, Patrol mission was available to me.
After I leveled or did some missions or something, it was no longer available in the second city.

No, I do not have any instant missions on.
What's the deal?

It won't also happen in Cras will it?
Ie. after you reach a high level, you no longer can do the patrol mission in Cras either.

CAn someone confirm this?

I'm lvl 48 in Cras and still doing Patrols as usual.

lvl 67 and patrol is still here but, parts can't go higher than lvl60 in patrol...

You cannot do Patrols if you are on an instant mission, like achieving combos, races or rank in deliveries.

I'm getting lvl 71,65 and lvl60 parts from those small parts by modifying them with a mitron enhancer.

Okay, first of all, can any of you do 2nd CITY PATROL after you've gone to 3rd city?
Or in other words, when can one no longer do 2nd city patrol, because I can't do it anymore, not that it's a problem

When you've completed a city and gone past a certain level I do believe that you can no longer do patrol missions in that city, yes.

Just reload the game and it's patrol missions galore.
