Koionia lag or stupidity???????

Ok now im POSITIVE that im not the only one with this question cause ive seen some other people asking it alot, and now im asking it. HOW DO U GET TO KOIONIA?:confused:
I know u follow the arrow after u finished all missions at station 4 in moon palace. U follow the arrow and go to the gate by the mining/industries and it'l ask Enter Koionia? U click confirm and it loads.
That is as far as I got. I click confirm, and the drift city page pops up while its loading and at bottom, it says Moving to Channel (wetver channel ur in) in Koionia. Once tht screen disappears, I get sent to the driver dome. I tried all the basements and it says lvl 31+ I even tried looking at channel select to see if there were any hidden things but there wasnt.
Overall and basicly, it says Moving to channel __ in Koionia and sends me back to driver dome and when i go through exit gates, it says MOVING TO CHANNEL __ IN MOON PALACE. I scream WTF I DONT WANT MOON PALACE! I repeat the whole koinia gate process but still get sent back to Moon Palace when i Leave.

Is there something i should do or a certain gate to go through while in driver dome? Do i do all delivery services too THEN try it again? What do I do? Please respond if u know whats wrong. If it works for me (im on vista AND an old graphics card so im pretty laggy/slow gameplay) im sure it'll work. PLEASE RESPOND!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH IF IT WORKS!!:) :cool:

You have to be AT LEAST level 27. And possibly have a V4 car.

really? seems logical but u have to be lvl 27+? ok well ty for posting, lemme see wat other people think about it

I'm not sure what the level requirements are, 27 sounds a little high, that is what you need to get into Cras (third city) I think. And there are no car requirements. I didn't get my V5 until I entered Cras, and still had my V1 when I went to Koionia.

You should be able to go straight from MP to Koin once you finish all the missions.... Not sure why it wouldn't let you go. I don't think there's a level requirement for Koin.

I was doing deliveries and I was able to get to Koinonia without doing station 3 or 4 in Moon Palace.

You can get to Koinoia or whatever the name is as soon as you are level 13. Just get to the edge of the Moon Place city and pass through road gates. Otherwise pass ALL the missions in Moon Place and you'll be let into Koinoia. Anyway, you'll be level 13 + by that time

well, i am lvl 24 now and right before it takes me to koinonia, i get taken to driver license select. i click my license then i get sent to driver dome. Does that same ting when i try to go to battle zone.
