No servers on server select screen.

Though I have tried re-installing GunZ, restarting my PC on several occasions, and taking down my firewall, I still see no servers on the server select screen.

It appears that it is on ijji's side. I have asked around on my MSN list, and they say they can login fine.

I was just about to clan war :'(

Anyone have any suggestions?

Ok I fixed it.


It is the router. You are probably using a port that GunZ needs to connect.

For now just plug in your cord directly to the modem. If you are using wireless, then you are out of luck for now.

Maybe open the config file in your GunZ folder and change the ports.

I'm having the same problem, I'm in SoH we're so close to getting rank 16 too. and me not getting on = me getting pissed off + every one else in my clan being pissed off, I did all the same things, but I also tried deleting internet files (temporary internet files, history, add on files, all that stuff) and I also tried restarting my router, this is some thing wrong with ijji

Pffft... Ok, so it's not a Regional issue. May be the patch that for some reason, wasn't automatic like all the other ones, if indeed there was a patch. I don't know, from what I've seen, the ijji customer service isn't quite.... top notch. Most of the help people get come from the community.

Stop bashing on ijji. They have a limited staff number, and their resources are being stretched out. They will eventually read this thread, and fix the issue (if the issue isn't intentional). Until then, try socializing with friends? Play another ijji game (has anyone tested the connection with the SF servers)?

As far as ijji being understaffed goes, I would gladly help them out, but commuting to California each day would be an issue. :D

Eh, apologies for "bashing" ijji staff.. Just a little peeved about my g-coin issue (See 3 or 4 down below this thread). As for what I did to get it working? Left my computer alone on the desk top for about 10~20 minutes while I was talking to my room mates. Decided to get on, check this thread, then try playing.... Ta da! I didn't do anything special.

I think they are updating Gamegaurd beacuse all of the hackers and putting the prison quest in but that wouldnt take long because its just a system mrs u gota change and the prison quest mapu gota add and ur done (they would do it fast) the problem i think is the hacking thats wat there fixing. Connection Speed (Try speedtest.net) : 10mb

ISP (Internet Service Provider - Who you buy your service from) : Road Runner (Time Warner)

Router? (Yes/No) : Yes. LinkSys wireless router - current only one connection on it.

Firewall? : Yes. Windows firewall, Net Limiter firewall, and NOD32 firewall. I've tried toggling them on and off simultaneously but with no results.


This will most likely help us diagnose what is causing US to have this error.

I left my computer aLONE.. as in.. I wasn't touching it.. I wasn't in front of it.. I wasn't even in the same room as it... And it was left on the DESKtop... The place with all the Icons.. I was out of the room for 10 to 20 minutes, give or take a few.... Came back, and it was fine.

They don't affect the game at all, but save us the trouble/lag of going to ijji.
