I read 10 bgn, 10 int, 1 ep book and now my spear skill is 35. Am i still able to read the last 9 ep book ?

Yes, skills gained from books and skills gain from using skills are 2 differnt stats that are added together to get your total skills
For you:
Basic skills level 21/30 (From books)
Equipment skill level 0 (From special cloths/ jewelery)
Experience skill level 14/70 (From using the skill)
Reading books doesnt make it any harder to gain skill level for non-crafting skills (which is a differnt story altogether)

So best thing to do would get 70 experience skills and then read 30 books? Although that isnt likely for a peson to do that...

Whats the max of a skill u can have ? 100 or something ?
