Clan Help

I know this Shouldnt Belong Here, but its the closest place i can see. IN ur Clan, you have a command /clan which is a chat. How can i make this to allow me, and memebers use this command? It says i do not have access.

To my knowledge some clan "functions" require Admin+ rank.
