What do you use when your character gets hungry? I tried out global goonzu and I still haven't quite figured it out.
You Eat. Food??..Maybe? What Else Then?
(Sorry About The Sarcasm xD).
There Are different kind of foods, with different purposes,food for mining,farming etc.
u get food when u farm,mine train and manufacture items.

Lol, I know you eat, but I got stuck because I couldn't find food anywhere XD.

You can buy it at the market and if you do the quest they give you A LOT food.
so:
- Market
- Quest
A "lot" Of Food,Well U R Wrong.
U Cant Imagine How Much I Ate In Goonzu And Besides,food Is Really Expensive

I'm not totally wrong as you said,
when you start you don't really eat a lot, and the quest gives you enough food to survive until you get money.
but still food is expensive but you buy it at the market.
and you also can find food with monsters:
Potato: Boar: 15%
Sweet Potato: Mad Chiken: 25%
Carrots: Pink Rabbit: 30%
and a lot other monsters...
if you click at info (botton - left), a window will open and there you can look up for food,
- Type: Food : Item: the type of food you want -

Rofl xD, u cant eat those foods.that food is used for horse training by himself.
u will not be able to buy food fomr the market at the very first days of the game, os u have to buy it(skewers) from angelet a NPC.
..Btw Have u played the game?(Goonzu I Refeer)
to cure cancer u have medicines(anyways they take some time before it completely heals you).
btw u can get cancer by not eating , not having a good respiratory , circulatory and digestive systems.

what happens if you dont eat do you die?
Well, You Get diseases that cuz ur stat to fall drastically for a small,or long period of time

I never ate my other foods(skewers) I tought we could eat the others, I still have some of them from quest + my mentor gave me some
That is my thrid day playin at Global GoonZu. I already have 500.000 Marbles( the coin over there), it si not that hard to get money when you know how economy works...=D

Btw Are U Over Lvl 50?Cuz I Heard Some Friend Of Yours Made A Post About a Guild ANd Mentioned u were Lvl 54 Or SOmething,When u dont even know that that food cant be eaten...=S

You can use a lot of ingredients to make another foods, if you have the required skills.
I recommend you to change the skewers to the beef soup after lvl 30.
And buy skewers from Angelet, because the price of the market is sometimes higher :p

what about a spear guy?
it gets hungrier in a medium rate.
for example:
Sword(Gets Hungry Fast)
axe(Gets Hungry Slowly)
U Can Figure it out right?
