You must use a small medal.
u can get this by:Item Mall,Event,Defeating A Boss.

Anyways Not everyone Will Get A Vixen Fast As Other Will Do =S

u can get a free horse by right click the small medal u get when u reach lvl 15... ( which is free ) dam soo many wrong info giving out on this forums >.>

In global goonzu there is a lvl up event that if u reach lvl 15 u will receive a training horse,this horse will last 1 month not 3 like the brown horses gotten by the small medal.
in LO you will not get at lvl 15 a brown horse, unless they will host the same event, which i doubt as considering NDOORS has gotten priority over it and NDOORS will try to be the only one to profit from it =).
So Before Writing Think What U R Gonna Write.

4-See The Horse, And Ask Some High Lvl Guy To Tll You About IT And The Difference Between The Event Horse And The Small Medal,Tomorrow Ill Post Pics Of The GoonZu Or Sambara TC Telling YOuABout THe DIfference Between this 2 horses,sure, if u still dont believe Me =).

sorry to break it to you but gaia is telling the true that small medal you get is not the real medal it a difrent medal that they have for this kind of event once the event is over that medal is gone and will not be up again untill they host the event again
the real small medal drop from sea princess 1% chance and dark lord 1% chance that how you can get a real small medal or buy one in item mall depending on ijji

Lol.. I tried to post on this thing earlier but wouldnt let me. Yeah that thing is just an event.. first char I had got to level 15 I think I had no space in inventory so I didnt get.
