Ok i think i know why its not working for you people up top it might be..

1.) Your firewall is still on!>>most people have this still and dont realise<<<
2.)Your parents have put you on restricted account.
3.)Your computer does not reach requirements but i cant imagine anyone who cant =s...

You cannot download the game because they do not want you to (they being Ijji). The game will be open at 3:00PM (6:00PM for EST).

Betas are a non bug free game, so if i was you take the time to download drivers and
