It's possibly less, but all I know, is that I didn't have 50% when I got kicked for the update, and when I returned, I was at 50. I'm not sure what % I was at when I got kicked though, all I know, is when I went to sleep last night, I was at 30%, and when I came back I was at 50. Now, "B-but Xelly! you could have just got the 20% while you were playing before they updated!" True, but I seriously doubt I got 20% in the short hour that I was playing on a level 55. Plus, a member of my clan said he thought his exp was higher as well.

On a side note, I'm not too fond that you took away the "User ID" search function from the individual ranking page. I understand that it may be more secure for you to have it this way, it'll help prevent account stealing, yes, but still. It's a bit of a pain now. >.<
