You should be more specific when you want to create a guild
You have to give the poeple that will read your post think like,, I like this guild it seems to be good I will join it.
btw I loved the name!!!!

k well basically i want to start a small guild with a few people between 3-10 and eventually build up power if more than 3-10 ppl want to join that ok wit me put i want to start something that will grow into a strong and powerful force in Illuminary
Warriors and craftsmen are both needed and welcome

3-10 people? Don't you think it should be more like at least 15 people? I mean they might join and then be inactive....

I heard that the global guilds began off at 8 people, then capped at 32.
