tutorial?

i was thinking bout playing but as ive searched through the forum ive seen a lot of things that look like they need a lot of thinking and stratagy :doh: not that thats bad just id like some help since i dont have friends on luminary to teach me :busted: so anyway is thier like a tutorial in the beginning to teach me about the game?

Yes when you start the game the very first NPC that gives you quests shows you how the game works, how the market system works, explains stuff, etc. Just wait for the game to come out or practice on the global goonzu --> global.goonzu.com.

You want know how things work on the luminary right?

Luminary is the same game named Global GoonZu, I don't know if they will change smethings but I wil teach you the basic.

Have you ever played any MMORPG?

You know that in games like that you have to choose a style (Sword, Archer Magician, Gunner, etc...)

In this game you read books so in that way you can use the weapon you want.

In this game we also have a jobs, like farming, mining, cooking, horse training.
let my give you an example of how these things work.

If I want be a farmer I will read books about farming.
The same thing about the weapons that you will use. You will have to buy/find books and read them to be able to use your weapon.

You can read any books, you can read a sword book and a bow book, so you can use sword and bow. that is not a good think to do, because you will lose skill points and you won't be a "master" on your weapon. I got that from my Guild Forum, Utimate ChaoSociety (www.chaosociety.freeforums.org)

At the begging the best way to learn how to play the game will be by taking quest with the NPC Sarah and other ones. They give you experience points, money and sometimes itens.

thanks malveric. you helped a lot =p and yes i have played a MMORPG it was 2moons, thats the reason im playing this is because i cant play 2moons until christmas because my comp sucks to much xD
