Part I: Introduction
Do you want to join a serious guild and make some friends? Do you want a guild that expects its members to be polite and type like they are over the age of 9? Have you never played Luminary before? Do you want to start off with new players and learn with them? Sure, you could join your average guild with people coming from global who have a few weeks, months, or years of experience. However, doesn't being force fed information ruin the experience for you?
Maybe what you really want is just a group of players to have fun with and learn the game with. If that sounds like your type of thing, continue reading. If you think this is stupid and your train of thought is "I want to know everything about the game before I even start and be a lowly sheep in my guild!"; then I would advise you to stop reading and look for some other guild. Here at Kościuszko we value the one thing other guilds might think as an afterthought: community.
Part II: Requirements
We are planning on making this a special and unique guild. We have very few requirements, but we expect you to follow the ones we give you. The following is what we currently expect you to adhere to.
-Your class MUST be gun.
-You must respect ALL guild members, regardless of rank or skill.
-You must at least check the forums once in a while (still in process of creation at this time of writing, should be up very soon).
Well thats about it for requirements. Not hard to remember, is it? Use guns, respect your fellow guild members, and read up on the forums. Remember, this isn't just a guild, its a community.
Part III: Toleration System
We do not tolerate ANY form of disrespect to fellow guild members. We have a 0 tolerance policy for abuse, and we do not condone cheating of any kind. Remember, this is a game, and the purpose is to have a good time.
We have a sort of "Flag" system for offenses, something like soccer (football for people outside of US)
Green Flag - get 3 of these and you're out of the guild. You are assigned a green flag if you do something minor like insult another member for example. Now, depending on exactly what you said and how strongly the person is offended, you may be issued a red flag and removed instantly.
Yellow Flag - your last warning. If you've been issued one of these and you screw up again, you are out my friend. To get a yellow flag, you must have done an intermediate offense.
Red Flag - you're out. Beg, cry, plead, makes no difference. You are out. In order to get a red flag you must have really done something stupid. This is a serious offense.
As the game goes on obviously the system will be tweaked due to game-specific ideas. Remember, none of this is definitive yet, so if you are worried about someone who is abusive staying in, you shouldn't be. Like I said, I may easily remove them from the guild if you are that offended.

Q: Ok, what is with the name?
A:. Kościuszko was a famous fighter pilot division in the Battle Of Britain, and the highest scoring division out of every air force fighting. They originate from Poland and are highly regarded as one of the most elite aircraft fighter divisions of all time, if not the best. They are also widely known as "No. 303", so of course that is also going to be used to refer to the guild.
Q: Where are the forums?
A: currently being made along with possibly a website.
Q: I don't want to gun, I heard blah class is better.
A: Come on now. Imagine the scene. 20 of us all holding guns shooting at a charging enemy guild. Seems quite epic, no?
Q: I want to be officer!
A: That position is already assigned to Greed, who will be co-creating the forums. He has a good community idea in pact, and we decided it would be best to have a fun loving community combined with a guild.
