Sword or Bow

hi im new to this game and am wondering which weapon i should choose. I want to stick to one weapon all the way through so should i choose sword or bow? i hear sword is very fast but weak, and also that u will get tired (because of fast attk speed) and have to eat more - also have to use more hp pots? im wondering about bows - do u need to craft your own arrows or can u buy them? im guessing bow users will use less hp pots because of hit and run attk style. will they in turn use more mp pots for their skills? i heard sumwhere that its better to use a ranged weapon later on so you can take on higher lvl monsters without using too many hp pots.. plz help me decide xD

apparently sword is good but its not the best, you want the best of course, or i hope
First off yes it is weak and yes it is fast but it also miss a lot including the potion and food intake i don't reccomend sword
However if you want a good melee wepon choose axe it gives off a strong powerful blow and its dmg makes up for its speed, it is good for pvp

Going on to bows yes they are good but in my opinion it will get troublesome hitting and running however it is still an option. They do quick damage and require a lot of agility for it to be accurate. This isn't much of a probably since your base stat is AGI Range is good but it cannot beat the gun in the long term but the reason for this is so that bows cannot hit and run away from gunners since they shoot slow. Bows are considered moderate at pvp and one of the top choices for fast material gathering AKA mat

I suggest to by the minority and not the majority, it will give you an economical boost if the supply and demand are met well

Go bow or axe they seem to be uncommon and used, especially axes

Guns...there tooooo favored so go pick up a bow or axe and pwn them XD

hey i was also thinking of using the bow - i was just wondering if every1 uses the same armour, or is there a different type of armour for each class (ex. mage, swordsman, archer etc.)? Thanks

nope theres a variety of armors you can wear though since they vary from defense which matters on how good or well was the artian

The difference Gun - Bow
Bow has lower dmg, and faster speed,
so later on in the game you can easily hunt low lvl monsters fast, and get materials fast, or ingredients.

Gun has higher dmg, but lower speed,
you can hunt stronger monsters later in the game, and get "more expensive" stuff;s, but it will go a little slower.
