I need help to stop lag

Hi i have this prob every time i go on gunz everyone ping is normal 1 h lata its like 400+ they say im lagging pretty bad and i turn off fire wall ;even i removed it from my computer but still i keep lagging i put no programs on when i play and still high pings and lag can some1 healp me please.:confused2: :confused2:

Ok, Firstly NEVER Take off You're Firewall. Unless You Have A Virus Wish =)

And Secondly..Do You have A Timed Scan/Update

If So Turn Off Ur Automatic Updates And Hopefully You'll Be Ok :)
