I saw someone in-game who was obviously using one of Phun's Dynamic Link Libraries (^_^) and now I want to know how to report him.

But then what? Attach the replay to the e-mail? Do I need to give the replay a constructive name as was supposed to on gunzfactor.com? What subject does the e-mail need? Do I need to upload to a site like megaupload and then post the download link in the e-mail?
