I don't really do quest so I'm just wondering what can you get from them other than exp? Also what do iron earrings do?

Well you get quest items which you can sell for bounty, and if you get the quest items needed to face a boss, you get TONS of experience for each round you complete. I love doing quests. I'll be glad to do some with you. My username is W00tbeer1 on Gunz. The iron rings are just quest items, you sell them. Thats basically it.
